TNT Content & Design is an image consulting, branding, and design firm co-founded by Tracy Steen and Tom Lincoln.
​
Dr. Steen is an expert in positive psychology—the scientific study of positive emotions, character traits, and institutions. Trained by renowned psychologists Dr. Martin Seligman and Dr. Chris Peterson, Dr. Steen’s research has been published extensively, including in American Psychologist and the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology.

Mr. Lincoln is a lawyer, writer, and designer. Together with Dr. Steen, he received a Social Media Leadership Award from the Wharton School, which recognized their art project Monument as an example of how to use social media to promote a more unified world.
​
Among other projects, TNT has (1) edited, published, and sold Judge Bernstein on Evidence, an annually revised, comprehensive survey of Pennsylvania evidence law used by hundreds of judges and (2) helped Wharton professor David Reibstein create and promote the Best Countries rankings in collaboration with U.S. News & World Report.

Our Portfolio
Dr. Steen’s research in positive psychology focused on developing successful practical results. Collaborating with Dr. Seligman, Dr. Steen developed and tested a series of interventions designed to help people increase the amount of joy, engagement, and meaning in their lives. She also developed the Steen Happiness Index, a sensitive measure that can detect week-by-week changes in happiness following happiness interventions.
The video series “The Science of Happiness” features happiness interventions based on Dr. Steen’s work.
